Jonathan has aged like Yorkshire tea, and enjoys seeing the world through a red-wine fuelled haze. His ideas bring a warmth to the room like the glow from his bald pate and his subtle wit can cut like a knife through marmalade.
Jon brings an eclectic set of skills to any situation and will invigorate any conversation with his sharing of his ‘been there, done it’ woes.
His many decades of IT experience encompasses platform design, deployment architecture and service design. With a combination of business consulting, information architecture design and cloud adoption, his expertise are often brought to bear with a withering-gaze.

Ed reinvents his life on an annual basis, his self-effacing world view allows him to see his life through non-rose tinted glasses. Experienced and focused, Ed has a significant impact on the most challenging of projects or business needs. He has a no-nonsense approach to work, with a light-hearted irreverence in conversation. 
 Ed has an eye for composition which extends from his photography to business application design. Knowing what it’s like working across complex issues, his years in IT and services provide a practiced view on what (and what not) to do to avoid the issues. Safe hands, with an easy attitude. 

Fixing chaos in the eye of a storm, Christian can find the right path like Dorothy escaping from Oz. His passion for coffee means he isn’t worth talking to until the consumption of 3 cups is complete. Passionate, capable with a straight up-and-down way of approaching people and problems. He doesn’t need to be asked to press the big red button.
Christian brings the fun of a young person with the experience of years in consulting. Blunt, to the point and insightful he brings the flexibility of his kids thinking into working on complex problems. 

I’m Helen Tanner. I set up Data³ in 2017 and I’ve loved working with our big and small clients ever since. Born in the corporate world, I’ve worked at a senior level for some big global businesses. With a career spanning oceanography, meteorology, wealth management, insurance and equity, I’m a data fan. A data geek with a commercial purpose.

Caitlin is our BA/Digital Doer, our Chief Cat Herder who silently ensures everything is up to speed and top notch.
She has a natural ability to foresee any issues that may arise, and her strong communication skills help to ensure that key stakeholders are kept informed.
Her background in psychology enables her to keep the rest of the team humming as she diligently produces excellent content.
She loves netball and also complains frequently about attending Spin class.
